Reserve at least 12 hours ahead. Anything shorter than a 12-hour window cannot be booked, because a real driver has to be assigned and routed to your flight. Once we have your flight number, your pickup time is not the time you typed in a box. It is calculated from your flight’s real arrival, plus 40 minutes. Traveling with little ones is common on airport runs, so child seats are built in. Your first seat is free, and each additional seat is $20. If you need to stop on the way to the hotel, a grocery run or a second address, a stop is $45 and covers up to 30 minutes of waiting, then $1.50 per extra minute after that.
Your drop-off is door to door, to any exact address you give. We collect the full address at booking, so the driver already knows where you are going before you land. One vehicle, one driver, your group only, from the MIA curb straight to the hotel, condo, or home. Nobody else is added along the route.
Late arrivals are part of airport life, and a red-eye landing does not change how the pickup works, only the fare slightly. For destinations close to Miami on the east coast, a Black SUV adds $20 outside the 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM window. For longer runs to the Keys, the west coast, or Orlando and the north, a Black SUV adds $50 outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM window, and vans add 10 percent of the one-way fare. Inside those daytime windows there is no surcharge.
Plans shift, and the rules are straightforward. Small changes, like adding a passenger or a child seat, are welcome until 12 hours before pickup. Cancellation is available until 24 hours before pickup; inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable. One thing to know: a booking’s date does not move to another day, so a true date change is a new booking rather than an edit.
